In 2015 I began working with Mummies Paying It Forward volunteering to manage their Instagram account. The experience is beyond rewarding because people reaching out to help out each and ask for help is what makes a community great.

Mummies Paying it Forward

In 2014, Sydney mum of four and paediatric nurse Fatma Elzein began the Mummies Paying It forward initiative. The group is now run by a small team and has grown into a community of over 12,000 members.

Mummies Paying It forward focuses on the practical ways we can contribute to local not-for-profit organisations and help assist struggling families.

Collecting all things mum and family related, Mummies Paying It forward provide and easy way for people to donate new and used goods. They then sort and distribute the right things to the right charities. Currently they distribute donations to over 20 not-for-profit groups such as Barnados and Dress for Success.
